Refund Policy

At Cimetrix Institute of Information Technology (CIIT) Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure that our students have the best learning experience. However, due to the nature of our training programs, we follow a strict refund policy as outlined below.

1. Course Fee Refunds

  • Fees once paid are generally non-refundable.
  • In special circumstances, partial refunds may be considered if the student withdraws before the commencement of the batch. Such requests must be submitted in writing.
  • No refunds will be entertained once the course has started or access to digital content has been provided.

2. Cancellations by CIIT

  • If CIIT cancels a course due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered a full refund or the option to shift to another batch or course.
  • Refunds in such cases will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Mode of Refund

Any approved refund will be made via the original mode of payment. CIIT is not liable for delays caused by payment gateways or banks.

4. Refund Request Process

  • Requests must be sent to info@ciitindia.org with the student’s full name, course name, enrollment ID, and reason for refund.
  • All claims are reviewed by the administration and may require supporting documents.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Registration fees
  • Study material costs once issued
  • Examination and certification fees paid to third parties (e.g., NIELIT)
